MoveMprove.

Today we had our first session with the MoveMprove team. The kids had a lot of fun climbing, swinging, rolling and jumping around on the equipment. I took a lot of photos but had to throw out many of them as the children were so blurry from Moving and Mproving so fast!! I am impressed with my high speed sports capture of Patrick accidentally hitting himself in the head with the catapult bean bag right at the moment of impact! He had good laugh at that.

New carpet take two.

Today we moved all the furniture out of the way so that we can have our carpet replaced in the holidays. This happened at the end of term 1 as well but there was a minor fault with the carpet so we gave it another go this afternoon. The kids enjoyed the extra space which worked very well for a game of 'wax museum' and then 'ninja'.

Well done also to Roman and Ted who took part in the mastermind competition in front of the whole school today. They both did really well and got a lot of questions right which was difficult being under pressure like that. Great job guys.

3D Shapes.

Today in Maths we were working with 3D shapes. We learned what faces, edges and corners mean and we constructed some 3D shapes using straws and blue tack.
